About Justin

Justin Ströhm is a full-time REALTOR®/Broker-Salesperson with experience in the depth and breadth of the real estate industry. He began his career in evaluating distressed properties in 2009, one of the slimmest markets in history. Working with a small team, he soon developed a reputation for having the most comprehensive and detailed information in the arena. This attracted a base of clients with needs as diverse as liquidating investments, finding their next renovation project, adding to a rental portfolio, securing a great location for their business, or buying the historic home of their dreams. Meeting the demands of such a varied group of clients has given Justin a unique understanding of the market and built culture of Saint Louis that is both analytical and boots-on-the-ground. With experience in residential, multi-family, acreage, and commercial real estate, he's at home finding the best value for investors and homebuyers alike. His clients value his candor, thoroughness, reliability, and adaptability, and he's ready to help with advice or a referral before or after a deal is concluded.

Justin first came to Saint Louis in 2003 to attend Washington University and fell in love with the personality and variety of the city. It was natural that he would stay after completing his degree. Nobody is more zealous than a convert, and Justin is always talking regional history (or trivia) and chatting about the latest restaurant and business openings. He and his wife live in the Shaw neighborhood in a home they saved from condemnation and renovated, and they can be found shopping the Tower Grove Farmers' Market or catching a show at the MUNY.
